Thembisa’s annual walk and barbecue – Sunday 17 July

Don’t miss our annual fund-raising walk and barbecue on Sunday 17 July 2016! There’s a short walk starting at 3.00 pm (NB - the 10.00 am walk is cancelled), followed by a barbecue from 4.30 to 8.00 pm at Ferndale in Tiddington near Oxford.

Our patron, Dame Janet Suzman, hopes to be with us. This is great opportunity to enjoy beautiful countryside and good food, meet other supporters, hear news of some of our projects and support very worthwhile causes.

This year all the profits will go to our two focus projects for 2016, MNCP and the Chishawasha Orphans' Project.

Barbecue tickets (on the day) are £12 for adults and £6 for children. Please email contact@thembisatrust.org or phone 01865 766117 to let us know if you plan to come.

MNCP – World Earth Day Celebrations

Aspen Pharmacare, a pharmaceutical company, chose to celebrate World Earth Day by planting 4 fruit trees at Gogo Dlamini's home in the Ezinketheni Informal Settlement in partnership with the MNCP Team.

They were also taken to visit the Umsiling Primary School and a disabled granny currently being helped by MNCP.
